What is The Causes?
Starting to know what the causes of stress in your own life is the first
thing you should. You need think about it with special time in your own
bedroom where none can’t find and disturb you while you are thinking,
or other place where you can think comfortably. It is intent to identify
the source of your problem before you try to avoid stress. Of course,
every people may have different causes with others. For simple example,
you always worry with the deadline of your office work, while the others
do not.

- Look at your attitude. Make sure that you don't have any nerveous energy which usually comes every minute. Since, when you have it, you may assume that your nerveous energy is stress. Then you think that you need to avoid it.
- Look at your habbit. When you get the uncomfortable feeling comes to you in certain time when you have many problem, it might be stress.
It seems to be difficult to decrease the level of stress, or even avoid
it. But still, there are some ways you can do to avoid it. First,
avoiding people who can make you stress will help you much. Actually,
you don't need to stop all the interaction between both of you, but you
only need to minimize in spending your time with them. Second, you can
also learn about managing your time better than before. By managing your
time well, you can’t prepare everything better, so it will effect to
the result that you will get. Then, some other ways are focusing your
mind in positive thinking, saying no for something you can't do. By
doing these steps, you can avoid stress which comes to you easily.
