Man In Wheelchair Robs New York Bank And Is Still At Large

On Monday, a man in a wheelchair entered a bank in Astoria, New York, and robbed it.The man made his way into the bank, located on Broadway, around 2:20 p.m. He handed a teller a note demanding cash. He fled the scene with $1,212.

The man never showed a gun or any type of weapon to the bank teller. He was not intercepted as he exited the bank.
While investigating the crime, officers found the wheelchair about a block away from the bank, so they are now looking into if the man was handicapped at all, reports NBC News.
